We’ve gone through as much of the Kalahari attendee waitlist as we can. At one point, all rooms were spoken for at the Kalahari. But now the 5 day confirmation window has expired on a handful of rooms, or there have been cancellations. Because the staff are shifting gears to more operational concerns (final space plan, etc) we don’t have the bandwidth to keep grinding on the wait list, and we are getting very close to CodeMash.
So as of right now, the few remaining rooms have been released for any attendee to call in and reserve. You are still required to have the four conference nights as a minimum.
Also, our other hotels are close to selling out, and the blocks will expire. They might have more rooms after that, but the special CodeMash rate will not be available. Get them while they are hot.
