We have details now available for tickets and hotels. Please read through the details on the Tickets and Hotels web page for more information.

  • Attendee Tickets will go on sale starting 12:01AM Eastern, on September 6th. Tickets are for either 2-day (Thur.-Fri.) or for 4-day (Tue.-Fri.) The sooner you purchase your tickets, the cheaper they will be. The price windows are: PreCog (Sep. 6 – Oct. 5); Early Bird (Oct. 6 – Nov. 5); Regular (Nov. 6 – Dec. 19);  and Last Minute (Starting Dec. 20). Why “precog”? We want to give our hardcore fans an option to buy deeply discounted tickets, even before we’ve announced speakers and sessions. There are 200 each for 2-day and 4-day of the precog-priced tickets available. If we sell out of precog-priced tickets before the discount expires, we will immediately open up the early bird priced tickets for that slot.
  • A hotel room at Kalahari has a four night minimum. Your stay (be it four nights or more than four nights) must include Monday night through Thursday night. We are using the Kalahari website for reserving hotel rooms, and a code is required. A hotel code will be sent to you after you purchase your conference ticket. The Kalahari hotel room block opens up on the same day that CodeMash admission tickets go on sale.
  • After you purchase your CodeMash ticket(s), you will receive three emails from us. The first email is the receipt. You receive the first email if you were the purchaser. The second email goes to the email address associated with each ticket and has a pdf attachment which is the conference ticket. The third email has the hotel access code. Please bear with us with any growing pains, as we’ve moved to a new ticketing system.

We hope to see you at CodeMash! Head over to this link after 12:01am EST on September 6th to get your ticket:
