Ashley Stove is a Director of Services for Core BTS working out of Fort Wayne, Indiana. She worked as a full stack developer for over 10 years before transitioning to her current role. Now she gets to spend her days making sure that her coworkers are happy and fulfilled in their jobs, and have the support they need to grow their careers. She is also active in the diversity and community outreach initiatives within her company.
