CodeMash could not happen each year without the great support we get from our sponsors. Each year we grow as an organization, and improve, with the help and feedback from our sponsors.
Since our humble beginning in 2007, CodeMash has grown leaps and bounds from a few hundred to several thousand regular attendees! Despite our success and growth over the years, CodeMash has maintained our grassroots feel and is still 100% volunteer run. (Run is a good way to put it: our core organizers average 50,000 steps during CodeMash).
Are you looking for a way to reach 2,500 of the top developers and technology professionals in the Midwest? Then sponsoring CodeMash is for you. Plus, there’s bacon.
Who Attends CodeMash?
CodeMash attendees pay roughly $150 per day, making it a very good “bang for your buck” conference. The popularity of CodeMash also translates to thousands of submissions from potential speakers, so organizers get to be discerning on the content. This dynamic creates a great value proposition for attendees. We draw from many disciplines including: developers, architects, security gurus, hackers, testers, analysts, and technology managers. While many attendees are experienced, and have attended CodeMash previously, (over half of our tickets sold to alumni in 2015), we also aim to attract up-and coming talent. Last year, we filled 40 volunteer positions with STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) interns. As a sponsor, you’ll have access to a diverse crowd of highly engaged, passionate people.
