We’ve worked hard with the Kalahari and aim to offer a variety of options to accommodate diverse tastes and dietary restrictions. Every year, we review results from the CodeMash attendee survey, which factors into our menu planning. If you really love the food, please let us know. Have some helpful suggestions? A note for Special Meals: If you indicated that you need a special meal when registering your ticket, you can pick it up in the main dining hall. The location is to the far left, by the buffet lines, if you are facing the stage. Please check in each day in the special meals window. If the buffet food meets your needs, you are welcome to also get food from there.

All meals are buffet style. There will be two Buffet line types this year in the main dining hall. Most lines are the normal self-serve type, but they will have gloves for attendees to wear. One buffet line will be manned by Kalahari staff, to limit utensil touching. Attendees choose which type of line they want to use.

Only CodeMash-badged attendees (Speakers, Staff, Attendees) may enter Kilimanjaro Ballroom (Main Dining Hall) during meal times. Families are not allowed to use the buffet lines.
